Bill for Governor General of Canada
There's a campaign to put Bill in this prestigious post. Even Leonard Nimoy (via Twitter) is on board.
Bill: You're being considered for governor general of Canada. Do it! Finally a chance to do something with your life.

If he was Governor-General (the legally top person in the chain of command), every newly entering officer in the Canadian military would have William Shatner's signature on their commission paper. Also, every Canadian law and treaty would be have to be signed by him.
