That photo was a gift from Echo. I'm pretty sure I have it in an old copy of Enterprise Incidents but not as sharp and clear. But IT CUTS OFF AT THE BEST PART! Wah!
We must get together sometime and compare our collections. My Hot Kirks are broken down into Kissing, Shirtless, Ripped Shirts, EVEs and Bruises.
There's a pic of Bill in his late teens or very early 20's standing on a pier wearing jeans and a t-shirt. I think I saw it in JK's flickr album.
I'm not sure if it's in the flickr album but I know exactly the photo you mean. I'm pretty sure it's in "Where No Man" the ultra-trashy "biography" written by 2 drooling Shatner fans who aren't Lene and me.
