Congrats to William Shatner, THE MAN, who won a second Emmy award for Boston Legal today, beating out that girly-man, Alan Alda. BILL! YOU SO ROCK!

  4. I ran across your blog while looking up something on Capt. James Tiberius Kirk. For years, I, too, thought Bill Shatner had a great butt...but I was reluctant to express my observation for fear of being labelled a closet Trekkie homo. Actually isn't that a bit redundant since most (if not all) male Trekkies are tragically gay? Okay, I'm just being mean, now. Nevertheless, I think ya two gots ya a wonderful blog which I'm not sure is more of a tribute to Shatner's ass or acting kudos (i.e. Tributarius Maximus Gluteus). Whatever the case, congrats to you, two. On a closing note? I always thought Lt. Uhura had space-age ghetto booty; haven't run across any site honoring her ASSets.

  5. Glad he won the emmy but I was disappointed that he didn't win the Emmy Idol contest for the Star Trek theme. O well.

  6. Hey. Great blog and that. And I'm British. But did someone throw an egg at Shatner's lapel? We need to know.

  8. Shatner, IS THE MAN. Whoo Hooo!

Some people just can't appreciate Shatner, which is too bad. Yeah, call us geeks and then leave. Why are you reading this blog anyway? We are geeks and proud of it.

  16. Alan Alda a girly man! :O The shock!

  17. I hope that at his age you aren't still looking at his butt. But what do I know?

Maverick wrote, "On a closing note? I always thought Lt. Uhura had space-age ghetto booty; haven't run across any site honoring her ASSets." Actually, ST in general has been well-known for finding hot looking people for their show. Seven-of-nine woman? Deanna Troy (sp?)? Uh, huh!! And as I recall, wasn't Patrick Stewart once voted "sexiest man on TV"? (back in the 90s at the peak of ST-TNG)

  18. Look at his butt, that scary white eye behind him is. At least the SEC is looking at Tasers and not his butt! I would like to thank them all, his crew, for keeping the question, "Is there anybody out there?" alive long enough to bring back Cosmos, started by the that guy, Carl Sagan, who never said, "...billions and billions" which is actually what our "expedition" to Southwest Asia is costing. General Schwartzkopf's father did it in Iran, then ran the Lindbergh baby kidnapping investigation. Will history repeat itself, said by Karl Marx to always be a tragedy when it does?

  19. Aw come on now. I like Alan Alda (though i prefer captain kirk i suppose over hawkeye). Be a gracious winner. Even if Bill's preformance as Denny Craig spanks the ass off Ada's character on the West Wing.
